Where is the best place online to buy puppies?

i really want a teacup pomeranian puppy for my birthday..and there's nowhere in my small town to buy one..so i'd have to get it offline. what's the best website to get him from?

Teacup pomeranians cost $1,200- $2,000 and up.

Reputable breeders do not breed for the teacup size which is an unofficial term which usually means an adult which weighs between 2 and 4 pounds. (The standard size for pomeranians is 3-7 pounds with 4-6 pounds being ideal.) sometimes reputable breeders do have smaller puppies and they will cost a lot more than the regular puppies.

Anyone who deliberately breeds teacups to teacups is probably not checking for the health clearances of the dogs as runts can have many more health problems than regular sized dogs.

Personally, if I wanted a dog that was 4 pounds or less, I would buy an adult dog because then you know exactly the size you are getting. Some breeders do sell adult dogs that small, but like I wrote earlier, the dogs 4 pounds and under are quite expensive.

The Pomeranian AKC website does not have a listing of breeders, but they do have a Breeder Referral Chair who has a phone number. you can call her for reputable breeder listings.

Also there are some pom websites where the breeders show AKC registered Champion poms…

There really is no 'best' website to get one. You're going to have to do a lot of searching online. you can find breeders who ship their puppies, but it can be expensive. you need to make sure the dog is comign from a healthy environment, and not a backyard breeder. Try using Google to find your local Pomeranian club and start from there, or try the AKC webpage. they always have breeders listed. Just make sure that the one you choose to buy from does health testing on their dogs before they breed them, and can provide you with copies!

i think walmart sells them not too expansive
target sells them not too expensive
toysrus sells them and not too expensive either
kmart probably sells them too not too expensive

ok here are some places where you can find a pomeranian we rescued one from a girl on craigslist she had a small rescue we paid 25.00 for him he is all black with some white and he weighs about 4 pounds

craigslist.com
thru small dog rescues
pomeranian rescues
petfinder. ect

and sorry to break your bubble but their is no such rhing as a tea cup pomeranian if a breeder sells them they are false advertising why would you want to buy one of those pricy pups they are alredy toy dogs weighing less than 5 pounds as adults sometimes the litter may have runts but those should be sold for cheaper if not free as a good breeder would do because they need spaecial care and they have high risk health problems more than a normal sized pup

i reccomend you find a reputable breeder even if you live in a small town i would rather spend my saturdays and sundays looking at some healthy pups than pay for a sick one on the inter net and then over pay for one.

i hope you take this advise

Well, Savanah, I believe that you ask this same question on almost a daily basis, and get the same answer, there is NO such thing. you are also on here enough to know that you don't buy dogs online. Please find some different questions to ask.

There is a place for you to see puppies online. I am not sure you can buy them through this website, but you can contact the owner. Take a look: www.nextdaypets.com/

dont buy from a show breeder.you will pay out more on vet bills then you pay for the pup.teacup poms are nothing but runts like the one in my pic.shes a runt.

1) Teacup is not a breed
2) never buy online
3) do yourself and a dog a favor, adopt

Well its more of an adoption one but go to www.petfinder.com!
